Migration is free on every plan. As a founding agency, the founder runs yours: scoping call, mapping your Letman, other platform or spreadsheet exports, and the walkthrough before you sign off.
Overdue RTB registrations, drafted in week one
We check every imported tenancy against its one-month registration deadline and annual renewal, list what is overdue or missing, and have each registration’s details ready for you. TenantSync prepares and tracks; you submit through the RTB portal.

Questions about the Founding Agent offer
The terms, in plain words.
Who can claim a place?
Irish letting agencies that manage tenancies for landlord clients, joining on Standard, Growth or Premium. There are ten places in total, one per agency. Self-managing landlords are better served by the Starter plan, which the offer does not cover.
What exactly is locked?
The monthly list price of the plan you join on, for 12 months from your first paid month. If you move to a bigger plan during that time, the new plan’s list price on the day you move is fixed for the rest of the 12 months. After that, the price on our pricing page applies.
Do you guarantee our RTB registrations will be up to date?
We guarantee the work, not the outcome. In week one we find every overdue or missing registration in the portfolio you bring across and have each one’s details ready. You check and submit them through the RTB portal, and the RTB processes them, so the result depends on that last step. Late fees the RTB has already charged are not something we can undo.
Does the PSRA module come with it?
The PSRA compliance module is part of the plan, not the offer: it is included on Growth (€149 a month) and Premium. On Standard you get RTB compliance and Open Banking rent matching, without the PSRA module.
Is there a catch?
Two things we ask: give us honest feedback on what is missing or awkward, and tell us if something gets in the way of your agency’s work. There is no long contract. Billing is monthly and you can cancel any time.
What happens when the ten places are gone?
The offer closes and this page comes down. Everything else stays the same: free migration, the 14-day free trial and the plans on our pricing page.
