Where our partner agents are
What a licensed agent gives you
A PSRA licence
Every partner’s licence is checked on the PSRA public register, with the C (letting) category.
Fees in writing first
A licensed agent must give you a Letter of Engagement setting out fees and services before starting.
Your rent ring-fenced
Client money is held in a separate client account and checked by an accountant every year.
RTB handled
Registration within 30 days, the annual renewal and rent reviews under the 2026 rent rules.
Finding a letting agent — your questions
How does it work?
Tell us your county, how many homes you let and what help you want. We pass your details — only with your consent — to up to 3 PSRA-licensed TenantSync Partner Agents who cover your county and take on that kind of work. They contact you directly, usually within two working days.
What does it cost?
Nothing, and there is no obligation to engage anyone. TenantSync takes no fee from you or from the agents for an introduction. Each agent sets its own fees, which must be in the Letter of Engagement they give you before starting.
How are the agents checked?
Each partner agent’s business licence is checked on the PSRA public register, including the C (letting) category, before it can receive introductions. Partners agree to contact you within two working days and to use your details only for your request. We don’t endorse any agent — ask the questions on this page before you sign.
What if no agent covers my county yet?
You’ll go on a waitlist for that county for 60 days. If a licensed agent covering it joins in that time, we introduce you and email you their details. After that we close the request.
Do I need to be selling, or leaving the market?
No. Landlords ask us for a local agent for many reasons: moving abroad, a growing portfolio, the 2026 rule changes and RTB fixed payment notices, or simply not wanting to manage tenancies themselves.
