What is TenantSync Partner Agents?
A free referral network for PSRA-licensed letting agents in Ireland. Landlords use TenantSync’s free RTB and rent tools every day; when one asks to hand their property to a licensed local agent, we introduce them — with their consent — to up to three partner agents who cover their county.
What does it cost?
Nothing. Joining is free and so is every introduction. There is no referral fee, no commission and no paid placement.
How many landlords will I get?
We don’t promise volumes. The network is launching with a founding cohort, and this page shows its real numbers — partners, counties covered, and landlord requests in the last 30 days — straight from the system.
Who can join?
Agencies whose PSRA business licence includes the C (letting) category. We check the licence on the PSRA public register before you go live, and remove partners whose licence lapses.
How are landlords matched to agents?
By county, the service the landlord wants (finding a tenant, full management or rent collection), the size of their portfolio against the smallest you take, and your monthly cap. Up to 3 agents are chosen in fair rotation: fewest introductions this month first.
What if no partner covers a landlord’s county yet?
The landlord joins a waitlist for 60 days. When a partner covering that county is approved, the waiting landlords are introduced straight away — so founding partners can start with a backlog.
What do I agree to?
Contact each landlord within two working days, use their details only for their request, and keep your PSRA licence current. You can pause introductions or leave at any time.
Do I need to use TenantSync to join?
No. Partner Agents is free and separate from the paid platform. Many partners onboard the landlords they win into TenantSync — Letters of Engagement, RTB registration, rent collection and client-money records in one place — but it’s your choice.
