Plans for Irish letting agents and landlords

Flat monthly plans with no per-property fees and no percentage of rent: Starter €20 (up to 10 units), Standard €99 (up to 100 units), Growth €149 (up to 200 units), Premium €199 (up to 300 units). Above 300 units there is a custom plan, and Enterprise for multi-branch agencies. Every plan starts with a free 14-day trial, no card required.

Both. An independent agent running their own book signs up the same way as an agency, with the same RTB and PSRA compliance and rent matching. Plans are priced by the units you manage, not by staff, so a one-person business pays for its portfolio and nothing else.

There is no ceiling on the number of units TenantSync manages. The self-serve plans go up to 300 units; above that, an independent agent or single-office agency moves to a custom plan, with the unit allowance and price quoted for the book. A multi-branch agency, of any size, goes on Enterprise, with agency and branch scoping, unlimited team members and an SLA.

Starter, at €20 a month for up to 10 units. It covers RTB registration and renewal deadlines, the national rent cap calculator, leases signed online, maintenance and documents. Open Banking rent reconciliation and tenant onboarding start on Standard.

Growth (€149 a month) and above. It adds PSRA licence renewal tracking, client-account reconciliation, s.43 Letters of Engagement, the annual Accountant’s Report pack and an inspection evidence pack, plus three connected bank accounts.

Yes, from Growth (€149 a month). Your logo, colour, name and contact details go on rent reminders, notices, repair updates, lease signing and enquiry replies, and on application forms. Emails arrive from ‘Your agency via TenantSync’ and replies go to your own address. Every field is optional, and you can switch back to standard emails at any time.

The 14-day trial opens the plan you pick, with no card required. Open Banking is in the trial with one connected bank account; it then continues on Standard and above, not on Starter. Applicant onboarding and tenant screening, which start on a paid Standard plan or above.

No. Each plan is a flat monthly price for a number of units. You move up a plan when your portfolio grows past its limit.

Not for 24 months. On Standard, Growth and Premium, the monthly price of the plan you join on is fixed for 24 months from your first paid month, even if we raise that plan’s list price in the meantime. If you move to a bigger plan during that time, the new plan’s price on the day you move is fixed for the rest of the 24 months. After that, the list price on this page applies, and we email you at least 90 days before any change, with the new price and the date it starts. Billing stays monthly, so you can cancel or export your data before a new price takes effect.

Yes, free on every plan, from any system. Letman exports go through our direct importer, and our team maps the export from any other lettings software, Excel or CSV, so tenancies, leases and rent details move across without rekeying, and you check the import before you go live.
